  •   From February 27th to March 1st, the eastern China headquarters of BPG holds the 2018 economic work conference.       On the morning of February 27th, the beginning meeting of the 2018 economic work conference of the eastern China headquarters was held in the conference room on the second floor of staff canteen and vice general manager Deng Junwen presided over the meeting. General manager Shen Qirong made the report of the 2017 business summary of the eastern China headquarters and the business plan of 2018. He proposed that we should actively seek breakthrough and realize the upgrade and innovation of products and service according to the national macroscopic situation and the trend of industry development.

     

      When Shen Qirong reviewed and summarized the business and management work of 2017,he pointed out that in 2017, in the face of complex and changeable environment of extra-high voltage projects investment gradually declined, the demand of "localization" in the international market improved and the new market was still in the entering stage, the eastern China headquarters insisted in the management policy of " seek improvement in stability development, improved quality and efficiency to create famous brand ", focused on the target tasks of annual business and management, improved the quality of management as the core, strengthened and expanded current business and developed new business, so as to realize the company's continued cash profit growth.

In the New Year, we will adhere to the management policy of "focus on quality and efficiency for the survival, explore business innovation for development", take the group of the target as the core, use the comprehensive budget management as the grasp and make the whole value chain as the view point, to actively promote the whole staff and the whole process cost management, as well as take management innovation as the breakthrough to promote value creation. We will continue to deepen the "3310" action to improve management, strive to improve operational efficiency, continuously optimize the cost profit margin and labor cost profit margin, and contribute to the realization of the 100-year Baiyun and the world's Baiyun.

     

      From February 27th afternoon to March 1st morning, group discussions were held on the third floor of office building of the second conference room, and these special seminars were arranged for six parts.
